I have been a "broker" for 35+ years....Many businesses are based on re-selling products from elsewhere.... As far as car dealers, you can have them....
And even if you get a waiver, if your client does not "have a pot to **** in", the lawyers will name everyone.....Do you you have adequate liability insurance to cover trademark / copyright infringement?....
A name does not matter, because most businesses do so many things it is hard for a name to reflect that...You have to market yourself so folks know what problems you can solve for them....
How you approach this will depend on how much you need the work......If you have plenty and can live without it, you can pass if you do not like the terms......if you are a little hungry you might have to play the "lottery" and hope for a winning ticket.....

Got to agree with Mosh on this.....It is very hard to burn the candle at both ends and come out ahead.....If you have time to print for someone else, you could better use the time to knock on doors and make sales to your own clients.....
