Bass Pro gets tax money because it says it creates jobs.....That is such a bogus argument....All the big box stores use the same argument.....But unless they are making thing domestically all they do is displace retail jobs and sell more imported goods....There is no "net" gain in jobs....

Peachtree, thank you for tip #1......I find often when out selling it is hard to get past a client's price point.....However, when you can demonstrate that a higher priced product can be a better value in the long run it makes it easier to get past those objections.....

Have you asked your client what their budget is......No sense quoting on a "Cadillac" option if they only have a "Pinto" budget.....

Sometimes I just say "no" ask them them take their work elsewhere....I am not that desperate for work that I need every order that comes my way...I will let some one else do "inferior" work.....

In Canada decals on helmets have to be CSA approved so I use Transfer Express......At least this applies to hockey helmets....Not sure about the rules in the US or if they apply to football helmets.....
