the panels will fail. we just skipped them. but is they MUST have them done just explain that the vinyl may come off and you can't be held responsible. You are just looking for problems down the road when they do come off.

I thought about a 6mil as well, I just wonder if it will pick up too many fibers over time. Then there would be no way to clean off the fibers on the adhesive side.

My Roland rep sells the eleven ten inks and swears by them. I have purchased a set but have not yet put into machine. He says they work perfectly with printer and there is no need to change lines, etc. Which brings me to a question. My 2yr warranty on my 540 is almost up. It is not a printer...
