In the filter you are applying, there are changes that you made from your calibrated curve, are there not? Or is your filter just another profile without you making any changes to it?
Were the changes in the filters in your curves or spot color replacement?
You can try going into your 'Work' folder and delete the ONYX file for that job and then rerip the file also. On a windows based machine it would be:
C:\Onyx10\Work/(yourfilenamehere)
