Pressure sensitive vinyl? Print X#-up, cut & mount to appropriate stock. Trim to finish size.

I have no adhesion problems on acrylic. I have several different adhesion promoters on hand, and they're all unopened.

15oz block-out. Done hundreds with zero complaints.

I print to my flatbed through Colorgate 6 Ultimate. I can print the file with the proper marks to cut on my Ultima. However, the "stock" cut server for the Ultima will not install on Windows 7. Anyone know of the work-around? I've basically been told I can't. That doesn't seem right at all.

The Ion has been a nice fit in the sign market. Low volume and distance viewing. Gerber simply didn't invest in the speed and quality necessary to keep it competitive. For a small flatbed I don't think it's "the one" for the price point. I've read of a lot of reliability issues. I don't know this first hand, though. It may be a great machine. If you're looking at entry level flatbeds take a look also at the Mutoh 1608HS and the Gerber Ion. You may be able to...

I could be way off, and if I am I'm sure it will be pointed out, but I've had success with Polycrylic on A LOT of things!

Anyone know if or who now carries what was Eleven-Ten's white solvent printable static cling? It printed very nice. I haven't found a substitute That prints as well. :thankyou:

That's what I was thinking. I always instruct that clings be applied wet. No bubbles, and stick well even with the ink side on the glass.

I've printed the same as usual (On white), and apply it on either side of the glass/viewing side without problems. Maybe it worked because the ink coverage was about 50%.
