  7. External HD ticking and computers won't recongize it

Thanks!!! :thankyou::signs101: When this post started I tightly wrapped my external in a freezer bag and tucked it in the back of my freezer. I had nothing to lose. After my place burned down a few years ago it was pretty easy to let go of wanting what was on it. I kept it around and have...
  8. Counter top cards/standees

4c/4c with easel back? Doesn't make sense. You may want to look into having them printed direct to 40pt on a flatbed.
  9. Foamcore

    :thankyou:
  10. Foamcore

What foamcore do you use? I've been using Foam-Cor brand for direct printing. It works well, but today I had to match a piece direct printed somewhere else, and it has a much brighter white point and smoother finish. Anyone know what brand it might be? I've seen numerous, but not this.

  12. Engraving Aluminum?

It's a photo of a bear in a literal sense, but it's the combination stained glass, negative white print, burned wood & ground Aluminum that's throwing you off. I'll post better pics...
  13. Engraving Aluminum?

Local is what I'd call right here on 101, because physically I'll just say they're less than responsive. Probably because it's one thing. Send me a P.M. :thankyou:
  14. Engraving Aluminum?

The bear? Then he wouldn't be naked! I like your dressed up version of the plaque, but when I was doing similar things I thought was a bit much to have something monumental looking on there. On one hand it suits it, and on the other it goes against the modern qualities, of which, don't much show...
  15. NO WASTE-INK BOTTLE Error?

Have you shared any of your beer with the switch? Could be bad, even though you're trying to be nice.
  16. Engraving Aluminum?

Here's a poor photo of what it's for. I'll chisel a place for it in the lower left.
  17. Engraving Aluminum?

I'm in need of a plaque for my latest near finished piece of art. A portion of it involves Aluminum, so I would like an Aluminum plaque engraved/etched (how WOULD it be done!?). 3" x 2". Anyone interested? I'm looking to tie this piece up by Friday.
  18. ICC Profiles

As many as there have been made for as many substrates as there are. Sounds like you need some canned profiles. Try vendor's websites that carry the materials you need for the equipment you run.
  19. Customer Humor

I do this on a daily basis for numerous customers. I do, however, take a look at the art to see if it will actually work.
  20. 24 gauge Steel Sign Blanks

Thanks Steve. I've been looking into that, but nobody so far has anything finished well enough to print on a flatbed. I'll do the painting, etc.. if need be, but I would MUCH rather not have to.
