VS and SP different wipers completely. Recommend to replace each, 'as needed'. We normally see this about every 8-10 months if using OEM inks.

We stock and sell the OEM Roland Wipers for $13.50 each. I have seen some aftermarket wipers actually melt and either get stuck to the scraper, break the scraper or disintegrate. How many are you considering as 'bulk' ?

Possible you have a short in the long print ribbon cables that when flex at the 33"-34" area shows up.

Electrical.... failing heads, printhead ribbon cables, maybe print carriage board but not likely. Start with checking connections with POWER OFF !

HTM2 requires a fresh blade to cut well. Also, be sure the heat is turned OFF. Very often, a blade holder that does not freely rotate the blade will present these same characteristics.

How often do you run the machine? 2 hours a day, 4 hours a day, overnight every day? How many hours were on the old scan motor when replaced? What is your cleaning/maintenance schedule? What are you cleaning with? Sounds more environmental to me.

Its a long haul but I would recommend visiting my office, or another Flora Dealer, and seeing the Flora 4'x8' with both White and Clear installed and in action. 4" Thickness, no problem. White, no problem. Clear, just make sure you have a very clean environment with air filtration as dust...

If you can afford to take the computer using Flexi Cloud off the internet, you should be able to continue working within the program without error... until the licensing server issue is resolved. I understand this may not be an option for everyone, but for design and layout work it might get...
