Bit hard to tell..... might be one of the Helvetica thins....ie Helvetica LT 35 Thin, Helvetica LT 33 Thin Extended, Helvetica LT 35 looks like it. I googled "Telus pdf"...using Foxit pdf editor I can usually find what font the used in the pdf.

I can see ghosting from where old vinyl was removed so it's obvious that its nothing to do with the plastic tank or paint. Were the bubbles in curved/straight lines, you may not have overlapped squeegee swipes properly or your squeegee has nicks in the blade. Try resharpening or use a new one.

Tony, I also use the paper type application tape with RLA as it will not curl away from the backing, this makes it much better if you are cutting into individual stickers as it wont lift.
