What do you mean...is it rounding the corners and not square, if so it could be your program "offset" setting or on your cutter....standard blade offset is 0.250mm. Changing settings will alter from square corners to round and vice versa, some programs have a check box for auto round corners...

I think you will find that if it's a AFL club logo it will be copyrighted and the local club would need permission to use it and therefore would be able to get the appropriate files. Otherwise I can't help as I don't follow football in any way, shape or form.

Not sure if this would work for you but, some of the Blackboard vinyl has a texture to it....some more than others. Don't know what it costs over there though.

Just use dish washing liquid in hot water, takes grease off dishes so it takes greasy fingerprints off and wont hurt the vinyl.
