I like the font you chose for CORE, but I wouldn't kern the R/E as it looks silly with that gap in your example, maybe a finer outline so that it's still overlapped but you can still make out the R. Maybe try the Graphics & Signs like JSMoritz did underneath.

I don't do them, but I have been thinking about it as there isn't anyone around here doing them. I've watched a few videos of installs and looks fairly straight forward if you can get the template otherwise a little mucking around making one.
