Unfortunately, the only 100% way to get actual measurements is to take them out and measure yourself. I've done plenty of surveys where there were tags complete with serial numbers on the cabinet; you call the manufacturer and they have no record or idea of the measurements. As has been stated...

There are a number of people on here who make their own solution. Search for posts by artbot and MikePro and you will find their recipes. I don't worry about it anymore because I switched to Bordeaux ink and their solution is about 1/4th the cost of Mimaki OEM.
