I hope you mean polycarb. I wouldn't use acrylic for something that big. Not even high-impact acrylic. Too fragile IMO. Also, is flex face out of the question?

The training videos that come with 8.5 recommend perceptual for bitmaps and relative colorimetric for vector, text and gradient, so that's what I've always set them to.

If you only vectorized her existing logo and gave it to her, I'd bill her for that. If you created something new, I may think about trying to keep her from using it or making her buy it. I doubt you'll be successful in either case, however.
