Nice job...BUT your saying the old wrap is still on the trailer? Im not saying anything is right or wrong its whichever you and the customer choose but wouldnt the right thing to do is peel the old one off first and just letter the trailer? Now potential buyers wont see the aluminum surface...

Well with your experience with web design you can kind of approach it the same way...Is every website designed the same? Depending on client, their budget their look they want etc you design differently..No different in Vehicle Wraps. You say you have done a dozen wraps so you have built enough...
There is no average time for a wrap design...Every wrap design is built specifically for the marketing of that company. A wrap design can take many many revisions and depending on after you meet with the client to get a visual of what their company is looking for could take 3 hours - 3 weeks...
Does roland sale their take up reel as an add on? If so I dont think it would be a bad investment I am sure if you keep ruining prints the cost of having to reprint them in material and time will pay for the take up fairly quick.

Man I remember the hammer and punch Jhill even at 3 banners a month the hassle and what not a 250 grommet machine will be like a ferrari vs a pinto...I do not miss those days especially doing roped banners.
I use Hiker press and hiker grommets...Just whatever you do it is always recommended you use the same brand grommets as your machine as some are not universal..I know the Stimson grommets dont fit my hiker machine.

Ive always used oracal 751 for my cut vinyl stuff...But been really iffy about their printed material...I had a sample roll of I believe 3951 (Not sure if that code is accurate) but it was their wrap material and the adhesive seemed really agressive compared to the 3m 180 that i use...Is it just...
