We went with two separate machines and so far a great decision. We have a total of 4 cutters one of those is a print and cut (PC60) that has sat for the last 8 months (It's 9 yrs old). It's just easier IMO if you have the space to have the two different pieces of equipment.

Make sure to "clean out" old files sitting in production manager. I find if I have lots of printed files that "hold" after output it will give an error on larger files I'm trying to print. You might be maxing out your CPU and ram trying to process the file with all that other stuff just sitting...

4075 r-tape conform, knock on wood never had a problem. Tried other brands of clear, paper, high and medium tack we just end up going back to the 4075. Never tried the 3m mask but thanks for saving us the headache!
