Make sure you don't have any extra strokes on there. By having any stroke in your cut file will make flexi cut the path twice.

You can try Tri-Tech out of Georgia 770-962-2681 also try Splash of color I think they were in California. We had our older PC-60 serviced by Camm Tech 508-883-0307 year ago and I think Camm Tech is out of the business now. Hope it helps

check to make sure you are using the correct profile for the media you are printing on. what rip are you using and what material are you trying to print on.

The rtape conform series specifically the 4075 is supposed stick to the backing where the regular app tape will not stick as well if at all (edge curl). We also use the rtape 4075 for unlaminated prints and 95% of our cut vinyl and it works great, 0 problems.
