Flexi 10 started doing the same thing to me about 7 months ago. I learned my lesson to back up my files and my profiles the first time. Over the course of time flexi was not remembering that I did set up my printer and cutter almost daily. It got to the point where production manager...
to get our 1204 to print 48" wide we added another 1204 in production manager. Whatever profile/s you set up it does have to be uni-directional, it does not print as fast but when we need to print a full 48" (with 50" media) we just select the different printer.
I don't remember the exact...
You can try Tri-Tech out of Georgia 770-962-2681 also try Splash of color I think they were in California. We had our older PC-60 serviced by Camm Tech 508-883-0307 year ago and I think Camm Tech is out of the business now. Hope it helps
check to make sure you are using the correct profile for the media you are printing on.
what rip are you using and what material are you trying to print on.
We use the quickbooks POS system w/o the bar code reader. As I remember we paid around $500 for the software thats really easy to work with, a card reader, cash drawer and a receipt printer.
I think the only kicker is you have to use the QB merchant account to accept credit cards. The rates...

I have a son that turned 16 yesterday, he has not spoken to me in about a year now and yea it hurts. He came up last Xmas for his bday and xmas gifts took him and snowboarding for the weekend and now because of his PSYCHO/Bi-polar mother he now...
We sold our PC-60 a few months ago so I cant say for sure what our exact settings were. But I'm betting that your issue is your setting in production manager go back a double check everything. If you PM me I'll take a screen shot of the settings I used and had 0 issues in the years our printer...
I've seen some profiles print vectors really goofy, like your showing with a brand new printer and a perfect nozzle check. Did you change profiles buy any chance? What rip are you using?
IMO
+1 Jr. original with style, grace and balance, as always a well thought out project. Would have liked it more with out the copper on the engine though.
I like could have like told you what JJ bike would like have looked like before he even like started it. Like the same as like the...

Our 21 year old son will get cash and ammo for his 9mm

The rtape conform series specifically the 4075 is supposed stick to the backing where the regular app tape will not stick as well if at all (edge curl).
We also use the rtape 4075 for unlaminated prints and 95% of our cut vinyl and it works great, 0 problems.
Some how along the line something in the profile could have changed. I have been having problems over the last year with flexi 10 profiles myself and I'm sure flexi is at the root of the problem. If the file is still in production manager, go back and resend it taking a look at the profile and...
Flexi will let you download a free full copy of version 10 from their site to play with before you buy it.
It will not let you save, export or copy from the design program. You can set up production manger with your current printer and print from the free version but it Flexi says it will...
