Not sure what you mean by shredding the vinyl, but heres what I know. 1. I would have thought you need to adjust the offset when changing the blade from a 45 to 60. If the cuts on letters such as o's & e's etc are not closing, its your offset, noticed yours is set at 0, try small increments. 2...

I use AMP font viewer as well. I keep all my fonts (25,497 of them) that didn't come with windows on my second hard drive and use AMP to temp install to windows to use in a design program and when you turn the computer off, the temp font disappears from the windows font list.

I always quote more to strip a sign than for a new piece. Cutomer usually has second thoughts about using the old bit or tell them to strip it. Either way I bet you will be using a new sheet.

You should have said that was just your practice go. I seen the same thing happen with a young guy who stuck vinyl all over a signwhite sign blank that he hadn't removed the clear plastic off.:Big Laugh
