That looks good SignManiac. But I'm guessing if their name is a takeoff on the word "bimbo" and they specifically requested hearts and peace signs, they're not going to accept formal. Sometimes if the customer wants trashy, if you want to do the job you have to give them trashy.
Been doing cut vinyl since 1996. Picked up a 63" printer and plotter on a great deal in Aug. Now I'm slowly (but surely) incorporating them into my work.
I've always thought the price-per-letter method is ridiculous, and have never used it. Other shops still do, apparently. I get several calls a month asking me how much I charge per letter.
To go one step further: Not only do you never get to see/meet/talk to the business owners, the person(s) doing the selling bring(s) your "artwork" in the form of bad business cards stapled to legal pad pages filled with changes.
And in this area, it is usually parents of players on the teams...

Thanks for the tip about the blue scotchbrite sponges. Putting solvent on with the sponge and wiping it off with a rag made things a hundred times better. Eradication still sucks, just not nearly as badly.
I was using Cooley Magic today to eradicate a couple of Cooley Brite faces. Does anyone know what it is made of? The stuff started freezing on the rag while I was using it, and it was still 51º. :frustrated:
