The dry erase lams and materials need the low-solvent pens (which I believe are not water resistant). The solvent pens will usually stain the material.

Really? I have found the Roland cutters to be extremely reliable and sound. I also like the Graphtec and yes, the Summa. I have clients running all three of these name brand units and many are well over 8-10 years old or more. Anagraph was another oldie but goodie. All are good/reliable...

Their may lie your problem. It is recommended to use a bridge program that is designed to output to these devices. You might be able to change your page size in Corel? Then try to cut.

What software or method are you using to actually send the data from Corel to the cutter? File>Print or a bridge software?

I don't think the picture really does the work justice, in regards to the readability... physically standing 20-40 feet from the actual truck is completely different thank looking at a 3" picture on a laptop screen. I really like the blue and wish we could see more of the detail you mention...
