    You may need to check the "Color Settings" from the EDIT menu. My guess is that they are not set the same as you had in your previous version.

    I like the General Formulations 201 or 203 series. One is gloss and one is matte... I get the numbers mixed up. :)

    Keep an eye on it. Can be a motor going out, or the encoder in the motor. If it happens all of the time, mainboard could be an issue.

    7+ years old more than likely. While it was a good model, $800 would be pushing it in my opinion.

    Loose pinch roller lever? Dirty rear edge sensor?

    Remove the vinyl and put a piece of transfer tape over the rear sensor. Then set your pinch rollers and choose roll 2 on the menu and hit enter. This should set up your material (or simulate in this case) If you still get y motor error, could be bad motor or motherboard.

    Doug, I could not agree more. One thing that I did learn from a user was that the Graphtec cutters require the use of the 1" crop marks, while Flexi defaults to 1/2". This was causing an error when trying to read the marks. As of right now, the SAi website is lacking in updated content and...
