  4. Initial Blade down leaves nick - WHY? *PIC*

This looks like it could be one of several things. 1. Being that the gap is also left when using the pen tool, I would first look at the overcut value and mess with that while using the pen tool to see if you can close up those gaps. Most machines have a stand-alone software app where you can...
  5. Thinking of upgrading - What's my Gerber Envision 750 worth?

Thanks for the feedback....That's kinda what I was thinking in terms of value. It's hard to get rid of something that works so well. I've ran full 50 yard rolls through it in one cut session unattended!

  7. Thinking of upgrading - What's my Gerber Envision 750 worth?

I've had this 30 inch sprocket-fed plotter for about 8 years now. Bought it used but in excellent condition. It's always been a great workhorse with zero issues. But it's about time to upgrade to some wider capabilities along with something that automatically finds registration marks, most...

  13. Job Due Tonight! VP540 Problem

Well, if it's not showing low ink then I'd try cleaning first. If the cartridge ran dry then you'll probably have to run a cleaning after replacement anyways, to get the ink line filled again.
  14. Job Due Tonight! VP540 Problem

Did you run a test print yet to check that all heads are firing ok?
  15. Job Due Tonight! VP540 Problem

Sounds like you dropped, or ran out of, a color (Black) most likely.
  16. Ugh, I'm an idiot. Customer troubles!

Golden advice to use whenever you possibly can! -And you will arrive at a final design much quicker. Plus you can collect the down payment right there and then, and send them off with a printed and signed proof.

I have one of the Signlab native VEF fonts called EuroHE that looks to be an exact match. True Type Eurostile is close but the apostrophe is different for sure.
