Most ink tests are done using a vertical application. 3 months is still pretty lightweight.
I noticed yellow from the old colorcamm would fade first (usually leaving a magenta or dark image) after 6 months outside on a surface with high sun/uv exposure.
You will also need to consider the software you plan to use for your design and layout... Not all play well with the ProCut.

The VP and SP includes only the short set of media guides.
I have taped a businesscard to the platten with masking tape to act as a temporary media guide in conjunction with the metal guides to prevent the heads from hitting the edge of the printed material.

I made one using a 2x4 piece of lumber (put on edge) and a jigsaw. Cut two squares to go over the bars and line with felt (I cut up a Mactac squeegee and hot-glued it)
Not a legal expert but price fixing is agreement between competitors to stick it to the enduser... Manufacturer can set MSRP price and set advertised pricing guidelines as they choose. Does not mean a dealer can not sell at whatever price they want.
You need to choose Roll 2 instead of Roll 1 when setting up your vinyl.
Roll 1 senses the front edge of the material. Roll 2 ignores the front media sensor.
Hit the Down arrow before you hit enter when setting it up... menu should say Roll 2
