Did you attempt to pull ink through the damper or from the disconnected line pre-damper? I would not recommend the printer be powered up while doing this... just in case. If you can pull ink from the line itself (pre-damper), then could be your damper. But it could also be the head, cap...

For one time use, purchase a small syringe used for injecting or basting when cooking... get from a local grocery store. Most any drug stores will have BD brand syringes of different sizes as well.

Yes. Then both PC's would access it via the IP address. It essentially becomes a network printer at that point. New FC's from Graphtec have an optional Print Server that can be installed for this reason.

Send them a sample of the damaged decal and one freshly printed (or not used). Let them test it. They might find an issue the are unaware of?? Send them the serial/batch number on the yellow ink cartridge used as well. Then go from there.
