    Another thing to try is to check "Use Standard LPT Driver" and uncheck "Check port state before sending" in the Device Setup within Production Manager. Assuming you are connecting via Parallel Cable... Questions: What OS are you using? How long is the Parallel Printer cable?

    Anything change since working last? Firewall settings? AV updates? Cleared Preferences? Go to EDIT/PREFERENCES and click on TOOLS then on RIP/PRINT. Uncheck 'Use TCP/IP' Try again and repost with updates

    It is the screen resolution on your computer. Go to the desktop, right click and choose properties... See if you can slide the Screen Resolution bar to the right within the Settings Tab.

    What did you clean the encoder with? Should use rubbing alcohol... Still looks to me like encoder issue.

    Set up the printer in Windows and when prompted for Port, Create Port. Choose Standard TCP/IP Port and then supply the IP address of the printer. Within Flexi, change setup and set Port to 'IP_xxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.' (whatever IP you assigned in the printer port setup. Send a test print...
