Turn off the printer, resend the job as print and cut, delete the print job, and run the cut job.

With IE7, you can use tabs and have as many home pages as you like. Try the Quick Tabs tab to the left of the normal tabs to see all your home pages in one view. BTW: clicking it again will take you back to the last tab you had open.

Does the 1204 have 2 heads, black and CMY? If so, the ink can migrate up if the sponge touches the head, but it usually never gets to the damper, let alone the carts. 3 to 4 powerful cleans have always solved the problem for me (38 Jr.) BTW, I didn't know they could print black & white. j/k

There is an adjustment in the firmware for this you need to run everytime you change the capping station. If you enter Self-Diag mode from the keyboard, you'll see it. In the manual, it's Chapter 5. I would double-check your installation; it sounds like a hose is hanging up on the head...
