  1. Flexi's DesignEditor

Thanks for all the suggestions. I've tried them all to no avail. I even hooked up a second monitor and increaed the desktop space as much as possible, and still could not find it. I did find some temp txt files, however. Looks like the next step is an uninstall, and reinstall.

  6. Still having problems with yellow.

You can always clean the pads with some solvent cleaning fluid, and dry between two towels. Just replace the pads and get back to printing.
  7. Still having problems with yellow.

The pump creates a vacuum, causing ink to flow from the cart, to the damper, to the head, to the capping pad, to the pump, to the waste bottle. If your capping pads are soaked right after a cleaning, the pump is not creating enough vacuum to suck the ink all the way through the pads. If they...
  8. Still having problems with yellow.

just a thought, but did you double-check the electrical connections on the carriage? you may have knocked the sensor wire loose when changing the heads, or nicked the wires.
  18. Undefined paper

Are you sure your right side alignment is in the center of the row of holes? Check the manual for a picture of where the material needs to be in relation to the row of holes, if it is off by 5mm, you will get an undefined paper error. If the paper is just slightly cocked, you could print for...
  19. Mutoh rockhopper 38" problem (no ink)

Disconnect the pump to capping station lines, and pull your vacuum from the capping station connection. Manually push the head as far right as possible and hold it there while pulling the vacuum. If there are no leaks in the lines or damaged heads, you should have ink flowing in no time.
