could it be that the tinsel is attracting dust due to static (as intended, I think? never heard of using tinsel) but since you wipe down your prints, the media could be damp and the dust is setting on it instead of the tinsel?

Menu>Media Setup>Customize Settings>Current Settings>Media Adjust>Manual>Feed Adjustment>Standard>Print I do this whenever I change the media to avoid banding. You could also run a head alignment, you get to that option via the same route.

We use 8518 with a cold lam. Make sure there's nothing stuck in there that would make the pressure slightly off in that one area. I had that happen once and I fixed it by just messing around with the pressure bar, no idea what *exactly* I did, but hopefully that helps lol

We saved the Adobe pantone color book file before they switched, we just put it back in the folder after the update. We will probably have to do this for every update. ^looks like he did the same so I'd definitely ask him for that file.
