You are years wiser than your years belie, dead correct in your assumption of my fabrication method grasshopper :) Actually added the outside post on site while doing the install. Everything was predrilled ahead of time. So it went together very fast.

Mosh, a bunch of really heavy 6"x6" PT lumber on both signs. Skate park is 3/4" PVC letters mounted on 1/4" ACM, attached to another layer PVC for the background. Skater silhouette is also 1/4" black ACM mounted on stand offs. City logo is digital print clear coated on ACM panel. Football club...

Hoping they will appreciate the new Team Pain ultra awesome skate park the city put in. It will have security cameras and is all fenced in and locked after hours. I donated the sign and many other business' in the community donated to the cause including the Tony Hawk Foundation.

My understanding is that it's okay as long as there isn't any of the (V) vinyl in the material. I just put into inventory, several 4x8x1/4" sheets of acrylic in an assortment of colors so I can just cut letters or graphics in any of those color choices. Black, white, brown, ivory, dark blue and...

I've used Gemini's Pronto letters in the past but will check out Binkley too just to have another source... It appears they don't have a website? At least I wasn't able to track them down. What kind of company operates today without a web presence??? Not sure I can handle that :)

Adrian, just make sure there's no vinyl in what you're cutting. Raises hell with lasers.

I would take the time to rebuild the name properly using all upper case Old English. It would be easy to clone out the old lettering and then drop the new name on top.
