not sure whats going on with my printer, but I did a re-print an hour or so ago and it printed fine.... one on the left is the good reprint and one the right was the bad print from friday... and of course the test print.

I am hoping you guys can help me. I have a mimaki JV3-130SP II Whenever I print on a 4pass it prints okay, but with banding. When I goto print on an 8 pass, it prints with a hue of purple... same image on both prints and I am at my whits ends.

Well I haven't done a full wrap... yet, so I might be out of place saying this... but wouldn't you design in a bleed of an extra X amount of vinyl with the design on it, so you have plenty of vinyl to go into and around areas?

Yes I was one of the (probably few) that actually read the whole original post... I guess my post was more leaning towards why it is still in here since it is so far off of track, but I understand that its so that only members can read it.
