Been running my Mimaki for a year now, (I believe the owner purchased it two years ago) And I love it so much! haven't had many issues. I've replaced the pump and capping station so far.

it seems for some reason your computer is fully talking to your plotter, make sure that the wires are connected properly, and that there arent any points where the wire is damaged.

we print on 3M reflective, and laminate with briteline, we have never had an issue and it prints very nicely!

+1 on Grimco, I think the only thing I haven't ordered through them is a printer/laminator/plotter. But everything else comes on time as promised. And if I get any bad rolls or any issues they always make sure to fix it next day.

I would be highly upset, I haven't had too good of chance with advantage and deadlines...

after you run scans on your computer, dont forget to change your homepage (most of the time they are changed my the hijacker)

I don't run anything on my lap top, its been fine for 4 years now. As far as the "oh noes you must have a virus and don't know!!!" that's not true, when a virus gets loaded (or something similar) your computer will run differently, and I know how much computer should run at all times... ergo no...

to all those still having issues, try Malwarebytes as suggested. As well as Spybot search and destroy.
