  1. Few ?'s About Wide-Format Printers

Ridiculously good. The heat that it takes to cure the Latex ink prevents you from using certain materials.
  2. Few ?'s About Wide-Format Printers

If you want to labels and things of that nature, I would go with the Roland XC-540. I have the 26500, its quality is ridiculous. It does limit the materials you can print on.

  5. Looking to purchase L26500 + Onyx RIP

be careful. dealers are hesitant to sell you the consumables if you didn't buy the machine from them. which means you're putting all of your eggs in one basket. if the one basket develops holes....you have to live with it. I've got one that's 2 months old. I would be willing to sell it to you...

  7. Absolutely 100% Green Newbie to Printing Help Appreciated

The old designer is stupid. You print CMYK. Design in CMYK. Also, what file types are you printing from. As far the crying thing goes, take a deep breath. You're fine. Roland and the versaworks program are easy to figure out once you get used to it. You'll be fine. I promise.

  13. Installed a new sign

It looks great. Wow Mosh. It doesn't look like crap from the back. It just looks like 100% function and 0% form. I would be 100% fine with this.
  14. Sj-740

I can get one that needs new heads and a tune up for about $1500. I don't really need it. However, it would be cool to have another printer. I love Rolands. Is it worth it?
  15. Advantage was truly and Advantage

Chad at Advantage Sign Supply went above and beyond. Im getting ready to put about 1000 sq. ft. through my HP Latex. I've been having a hard time getting someone to be reliable with my orders. +1 Dan, I love ya. However, stick to the design on this one! My boys have spent hundreds of hours on their own wrapping their own stuff and shop stuff to make sure they know what their doing. Im the owner, their standards are higher than my own. Certifications aren't even on the radar at...
