    40 is a good place to start with your heaters. I always run mine as hot as the material will take without buckling. Oracal 3621 will take 50+ other material lower. 13 oz banners at 45. Roy from Gregory told me "hotter the better" and I believe it from my experience.

    I too personally would suggest separate machines so both can be going at the same time. You will have a better work flow and faster production.

    SHINE RITE, BRITE LINE and GlossTec (GT) are made by General Formulation and they are excellent quality and performance and at a good priced point. FDC film I believe is a 3Mproduct.

    Ditto! I have lettered on sunbrella with a high quality acrylic exterior paint have had no failures. You could even cut a stencil with vinyl and "paint".
