I export as 150 dpi jpg from Corel at full size and it is more than enough for a good print. I don't RIP from Flexi but I would adjust the size and then send to the production manager. Or just do what Bob said.

MS = maintenance station. In the Falcon it is the pump, cap and wiper assembly all in one unit. Use a syringe to put cleaning solution into the cap station with a lint free cloth and soak the heads. Then do a couple or cleanings...
I know Signlab has a font poster with their software. I would just type out the font name in that font and make one. If you give customers too many choices you will go crazy.
If it is a CE5000Mk2 it will contour cut printed graphics. You rip and print from FlexiPro not Flexisign. Maybe he thought you were just cutting vinyl. I have a hard time believing a salesman wouldn't want to sell up.
