    Cannot open eps file

    An eps files can be vectors, bitmaps or both in the same file. Try to copy and paste into your design software. I would have a problem with the customer not sending a good quality file. I would recreate the file since the image is simple and Shovelhead gave you the fonts to use.

    My guess it is Corel 4.0. Try changing the file extension to .cdl to open or copy and paste into Corel.

    Check the magenta damper for air leak around the o-ring. No M in the nozzle check?

  10. Corel to Flexi

    Make the gradient in a rectangle, convert it to a RGB bitmap and "power clip" it into your vector. Export as an eps and the gradient will print fine.

    Ink lines and dampers can be replaced by the user. Check the "o" rings on the lines and dampers.
