  9. FYI: Eleven Ten Inks for Roland

    I have tried two aftermarket inks and neither came close to Mutoh's inks in color. Both had a strong solvent smell. I will stick with Mutoh inks. I get very good results. Just my two cents.

  12. lines on the print in feed direction

    "Falcon Outdoor Junior. I have read that this is the same as the Rockhopper 38"...they are the same. Do the lines show in print files? If so could you post an image printed. The lines in the test print looks like blocked nozzles. Have you done a cleaning?

    In Corel select the bitmap. Go to drop down menu "bitmap" and click on edit bitmap. Corel Paint will open that image in paint. When done editing save and go back to draw and the changes will be there in Corel Draw.

    The Roland web site should have information or the dealer you bought your cutter. You may try Sign Warehouse's support at their web site.

    Graphtec CE5000 would be my choice. decided on the graphtec because I found them new for under 1300(stands a bonus too) Stand is included with the Graphtec and the cutter comes with a basic cutting program. Corel and Cibercut is a good inexpensive setup.

    What Color Dude said. It is not a bad idea to do a head wash once in a while. I do mine when I go away for a few days. It cleans the system from build up.....as per what a tech said. Good luck on getting ink and cleaning cartridges form Mutoh. They should fix their mistake.
