Assuming they haven't changed anything from the 360 then yes. I print full rolls 150' long on full heat with no problems on my L360. Did the same with my L255001st gen never had an issue with melting heads. Not sure where that comes from. Sounds like you may have had a bad heater or heat...
Have you used any of these materials.... regardless if on a latex machine. Just wondering about the folding. I know I had a sihl waterproof before but if you folded it it would break at the fold pretty much.
When I checked the ink was 3liter for $375 and 775ml for $135 Exactly .05 a ml cheaper. Gonna have to do more then that. I can print all day already without changing a set of ink out.
I don't think he meant masking tape or premask. Masking is for painting. Premask is applied by the manufacturer. Transfer or Application Tape is the tape used after print or cut to transfer or apply the image to whatever the substrate may be. Send those rolls back, if they don't take them...
I've seen a bunch online. I really was hoping for some end user experience. Or what others have done in a similar situation. Definetely a sample first. Has anyone played with tyvek. How does it fold?
I have a customer that wants to do a series of maps. Only requests are lightweight, thin, water-proof. I was thinking like a Dupont Tyvek roll. I was wondering if anyone has had luck with this material through a latex machine. Preferably the L300 series. Or if anyone has printed foldable...
scoring and impression are two different things. If you can feel it an see it easily it's too deep. If you can put it in light and barely see an impression then your ok. I think people confuse the two.
Pain in the A$$ remove duplicate lines option works best for us. It will happen from flexi to illustrator. That's why I always stress please simplify your artwork as much as possible. Sometimes It looks simple and then you look at wireframe and there are things that don't even show in the...
I believe that was what we were having issues with. Sounds like the same thing. I thought the blade holder was mushing the adhesive back together after it cut it. Or there was too much pressure around the cut. The issue could also be with the adhesive on the lam and the pinch rollers. Try...
Also is your blade out enough. If your blade is making it all the way through but your putting a lot of pressure down with the tip of the pen you might be mushing the cut sides together as you cut them. This usually only happens if we do really thick stuff. Then we switch to a 60
A laminator is only as capable as it's operator. That being said we had a royal and I loved it. Would probably go US Tech when I need a new one. Heard a lot of good things.
Love their vinyl. The $129 is good. Starts to shrink a little in high heat areas. When the vehicle is outside a lot. For temporary this is more then perfect though. Even long term indoor or outdoor just not high heat and cold nights. I haven't had the chance to mess with the cast yet...
Waste of time.... If your doing stuff promotionally why not make a two part sticker. Where you put say a smiley face with a contour cut around it and then put your logo and number below and coutour that also. Then they can peel the sticker and your info is all there on the front.
