Well if it's any consolation, Fuji's cost for heads is almost 1/2 of Oce's.

They will not swap over without a hitch, they have chips in them to stop from doing that. You can contact your local Fuji rep and see what they say. So major question is who has better support and service...from experience?

Curious for a couple reason, but to those of you out there that have Oce's or Fuji machines (same thing), I am curious to hear what you think about both companies. Meaning, are you glad you went with Oce versus Fuji or vice versa?

I'll give my two cents, Oce are really great machines, hands down. We ran the Truepress for a full day and that is a great machine, built solid, amazing quality, only problem for us was speed. Oce ink costs are high so you could always switch over to fuji for inks but you lose your service...

I think we found out what it was...we were trying to rip a file at 1440 dpi for 180c and the printer just wasn't liking that file at all. Changed it to a 720 and no issues. Weird.

Weird one I have never seen before in my life. Sent file to printer...printer shows file coming through...starts to print file and then just sits there forever and doesn't do anything...no errors just like it's waiting for something. Media isn't moving forward, nothing is happening. Even when...
