    try doing a "save as" and selecting .jpg instead of .ai in Illustrator. I know that the "save for the web" will give you that error.

    when you get the box stating to rasterize, most likely you have transparent lens effect somewhere in your artwork...flexi make that get rasterized before it will print. As far as rasterizing the whole thing...flexi sucks at rasterization! I use photoshop or illustrator anytime I do a wrap...

    most likely you will need to make a copy of the parts that need to be yellow, and cut them out of the black and then out of the white. or just cut them out of yellow vinyl and apply after words Jay

    yeah for laminated prints, I cut at 20...for cast it's 15 and calendered 17. I just remember when an employee was cross cutting and hit condition 2 which is my reflective setting and it caused the blade to just barely scratch the vinyl. It worth a shot in my opinion. Jay

    your down force is probably set to high...try lowering the down force to about 17 then adjust the blade as need! Jay

    I use a regular 45 degree blade...the material is so thin...like 1 mil...that any abrasion on the blade could make it tear. What type of cutter are you using? Jay

    I just use the "Text on a path" tool and then go into my character options and adjust as need. If it only lets you do the top path, you may have to remove points until you have just the bottom line, then do the text on a path? Jay

    I keep having issues with the color correction being checked on my custom profiles...after searching through the default settings, I finally found where it was check by default. I know it may not help but make sure the color correction isn't checked. Maybe this helped, Jay
