when you get the box stating to rasterize, most likely you have transparent lens effect somewhere in your artwork...flexi make that get rasterized before it will print.
As far as rasterizing the whole thing...flexi sucks at rasterization! I use photoshop or illustrator anytime I do a wrap...
i run a jv3 and I find that the canned oracal 3651 cymklmlc 720 x 720 prints pretty good for the most part.
I have a custom profile that I use now, but for the first few months I used the canned one.

most likely you will need to make a copy of the parts that need to be yellow, and cut them out of the black and then out of the white.
or just cut them out of yellow vinyl and apply after words

yeah for laminated prints, I cut at 20...for cast it's 15 and calendered 17. I just remember when an employee was cross cutting and hit condition 2 which is my reflective setting and it caused the blade to just barely scratch the vinyl. It worth a shot in my opinion.

Need help deciding which one? I'm needing one to apply premask and mount graphics to signs? Printed and cut vinyl? Which one do I need? atleast 30".

I see now...your trying to change a canned profile. I thought you were talking about a custom profile. I use a custom profile and I recently changed the ink levels up about 10% to accomadate the grains I was getting in a light color, but with my custom profile, it just re-linerized it. With a...
I keep having issues with the color correction being checked on my custom profiles...after searching through the default settings, I finally found where it was check by default.
I know it may not help but make sure the color correction isn't checked.
Maybe this helped,
