    Sometimes in FLexi if the objects/images are grouped together, the functions work differently. Make sure they are un-grouped before moving them front/back

    un-check "use printer spot colors" and it will process all of them. We only use this feature to print black with only black ink.

    I have an idea which company is doing these signs, just curious of what material, ink, laminate, or what might cause something this bad to happen. I would be pissed if this was my sign. Who is it that says,"the excitement of a low price is long forgotten, etc....

    What vinyl is this?

    Some other company in our area is using a print vinyl that is "burning". I have seen this several times where around the printed copy/graphic the vinyl turns brown or almost black. What kind of vinyl/method would cause this. These cant be that old, maybe less than a year.

    What rip software are you using? Our set up is thru Flexi production manager, add setup, then it goes step by step.

    You can get flat spots on the rollers if you leave them setting with pressure down for extended time. We always release the pressure when we are done laminating.

    knife cuts on your rubber rollers, starting\stopping mid run, flat spots on roller Just a few things I would check for.

    is there any market for them? parts, etc. I thought about turning it on but even with the manuals I dont think I could ever get it to play any music.
