ok i can see how to get to the dampers to flush head...Do i need to purchase a nut and o-ring and tubing to do this with a syringe (or will syringe kind of seal itself in capping station?...and when i flush head unhook the suction side hose to pump and let drain into bottle? Thanks....

So i've been having a bit trouble, got pump pumping, i've done two 8 hr head soak knowing that my capping station was full of solution (had pump suction line off and pinched and had fluid to top of capping station) ...done the swab shove (swab dipped in solution and easily shoved up in...

i unhooked suction and discharge line and primed pump with cleaning fluid and hooked drain line to suction and discharge and hit clean and let it recirculate like this and it broke lose and started pumping but still have nozzles blocked after several cleanings all the nozzle test prints look...

Ok i have been having trouble with my heads in previous post....the line from the pump discharge is clear and the lines that y to the suction side of pumps is clear (took them off clamped them and filled with cleanning solution drained fine....my questio is when i do a power clean it say drain...

i tell you if i get it straightend up that 5 min.maintance will be no problem i mean i was gumed up on wipers wiper cleaner and that sponge pad to the left looks rough i dont have one to replace.... it was pitiful looking!!! proabally need dampers where it may be gummed up in them...i need to...

Ok took front cover off removed drain line from pump shot air through it with syringe no restrictions...put drain line back on....held the cover switch in and preformed a clean but all i did was....took suction line off pump clamped it closed..filled black cap station up wit fluid and hit enter...

thanks how do i fill the capping station with fluid and then park and let heads soak....i really dont use this machine once every 3 months...i can see where it would set to long....
