Thanks that is great info. All my heads are good just my magenta is slightly off and can see very slight magenta line on edge of some prints. I will message you if you can send the alignment software tool.
Do you have any more info on self-calibration? I have a 460 GT with 1 color just sightly out enough to be annoying. Can it be done without a service key?

Change filters for sure. Also, the degasser goes bad and is not necessary. Cap it off and go direct ink line to reservoir. Also check around the ink pump for leaks.
Can anyone recommend a wholesale manufacturer of sign frames like pump toppers and bottom load pole signs? I see MDI and United but they look like retail online vendors. Thanks
Recently had the lever that puts pressure on the pinch roller break and had to replace it. If this happens to anyone I would be happy to let you know the process. There will be a loud bang when it breaks.
Patrick you may want to seriously consider a cutter too. I bought my first UV in 2005 without a cutter and really wished I did. I have Oce Arizonas and a Colex cutter now and they work great together. I would even say buy a lower cost printer so you can get the cutter. We also cut tons of...
