End result was replacing the yellow head. All problems resolved.

Does anyone have an east coast vendor of white Kemi B or E flute corrugated sheets? Ideally around 4 x 8 sheet size.

You will find that the bad pumps usually have what looks like graphite falling out of them. I have replaced a couple white pumps on my 460 but no CMYK yet. Also just ordered some the new recirc valves. Hopefully they work, my current ones are getting flaky.

We have a Colex as well. 5 years old and don't regret the purchase. Support has been great.

What 3rd party inks are you using? Also what does this mean" not counting adhesion"? Better adhesion than 256 inks?

Not sure if this points to anything specific but also get a "Ink vacuum system problem" error when I purge yellow. Just a regular purge not a long one.

Thanks I may try the degas delete just confirm that it is or not the culprit. Double checked the ink lines and one of them attaching to head may have been a little loose. Hoping that was the problem but who knows. Thanks for all the help and feedback. Still looking for potential info on using...

Running jobs today and the nozzles out on yellow keep moving around. Only 2 things left are degas module and printhead. Can degas cause air into head. Also is there a safe way to syringe flush the head? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Tested again using yellow and magenta. Magenta's first drop was it 9 minutes and yellow was at 9 and 1/2 minutes so they seem pretty consistent. Having no issues with magenta head. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

At 4 minutes you could see some ink forming on the head and around six and a half minutes the first drip. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

I have a 460 GT with a yellow dropout issue. It has month old ink and miniscus filters and will print ok for a while then a large swath maybe 1/4" will drop out just on one side of the yellow. A few long purges and it will completely come back with all nozzles then maybe next day be back with...

Replace your lamps #1. Digiprint supplies has pretty good pricing. For the vacuum does your head drop ink? If so it is likely one of the small micron filters on top of your carriage needs replaced. Also make sure you don't have a bad ink pump. Check for drops in ink pump area.

I have Duravibe swatches and it's really nice stuff. I have contacted them about getting sample rolls but have not heard back yet. Would really like to get some printed swatches going to market it.
