+1 for Phototex very easy and forgiving to install. I would use Oracal 210 semi on the 3628 if you go that way. Sold that combination to a installer for a chain of pizza shops and it installed well and is easy to clean.
Our Oce 460 was down once in 2 and a half years for a bad pump but that was resolved in a few hours and back up and running for lunch. I am very surprised that you are having such an issue, most Oce owners I know have very few issues.
I think some problems arise from under use but I don't...
Did you do alignment on that specific material? Also check for fuzz on carriage. Run test plots too. We had a new black/yellow head that was bad out of the box.

We are having same issue with our GS6000 black channel. Did not pull cover to find air in line but our nozzle check looks the same as pictured in this thread. Please send link to damper change instructions.
Thanks
We have the Oce 460GT and the rip was the decision maker for me. Oce has ONYX and Fuji was Colorgate. Now we have 4 printers running on ONYX Thrive in 2 buildings. That works nice for us. We have varnish as well but will probably switch to white/white soon.
Same here. Very disappointed with the quality slide with 13 oz Jetflex using latex inks. Still ok with solvent but latex has plasticizer migration issues. Looking for a good alternative.
We have a Colex installing this week. I'll post back how it goes. Regarding the router head they also have a user changeable heavier duty router head available. The machine is very solid and the tools are machined very well.
