leading edge or bleeding edge I'll wait till the bugs are worked out and i see if the drivers( if any) are compatible with the programs i use - my computer guy said wait for 6 months and see how it goes , wait for the OK from specific vendors who test 11 with their programs - if it aint broke...
if possible cut into 12 x 12 squares ( or so )and sell to the local circuit crowd on FB or local craft sites -or - you could always donate it to the local schools or scouts for projects ( win - win , get your name out so when they need a sign the call you with any luck )
a few years back i went with Stalls got a slider to save my knuckles and $$ and a hat press with assorted platens - good price on a package deal. i've used the shirt press for everything from shirts ,pockets to gym bags and the hat press for hats to facemasks . had an issue once and one call had...
using this info i just made my own template - i've seen templates on ebay cheap but the plastic gets soft plus the learning curve of burnt knuckles touching the heat platen ( one learns quick )
got e mails from a few of my wholesalers saying the same thing - Stouse ,for one ,said no more mag. until further notice
couldn't even find mag. material for the edge or FX the other day

You should buy the USB-to-Parallel-Cable available from Gerber then follow the instructions on deleting the win drivers and install the gerber ones . had to do it for my old plotter and odyssey and it works great
I used a Roland 24 inch plotter while getting my gerber machine fixed and it worked well , sold it when I got my machine back . I should have kept it for HTV material but oh well .
if using conversion cables (s->usb,p->usb) make sure updating to win 11 doesn't reinstall the old drivers or you'll have to del and reinstall the gerber ones not a big deal but a PITA
i use gerber plotters but use 3.5-4 grams force and slow my plotter down to 50% and that seems to do the trick with the 3 or 4 different brands of HTV i use . i have better luck with a sprocket feed than friction feed when doing small stuff.
I wish , tired of pushing the ignore button
I’ve tried everything I know and I still get the foil message ( tried swapping labels , ID tag and even checked the caddy , still don’t know what the machine looks at )
