    Grimco carries the tracking and it's called Koroflo. The client has the letters so I'm just making up the sign. In the past we have printed a bunch of coro changeable letters...doesn't take much time to make a 200 hundred or more.

    I understand what you are saying if it was too be mounted on a wall or had some back support (stringers, plywood, etc.) but from what I understand the sign will be "floating" in the grooves...sorta like shaker cabinetry.

    36 or 45 degree for regular vinyl and 60 for reflective
