If there is a way in Onyx to print the cut line, print it, then send to Graftec and see where it's off.
Clean the rubber pinch rollers with a 50/50 mix of Alcohol and Water to get the whitish haze off.
In the print setup window at the bottom there are two letter F's one facing right and the other facing left, on rare occasions the left facing F can be accidently checked
In Flexi there is a box in the cut set up.
Advance after plot, check box if you want to stop after cutting, unchecked if you want it to return to the starting point.
I have Graftec plotters and cut Everything in the channel with a 60 degree blade.
Your photo looks like too much blade also check the vacuum setting.
I set Blade length at about the thickness of a credit card and pressure for straight thru cuts is at 26 for a new blade for Kiss cuts its at 16...
Flexi is a very strong program but easy to use.
Two hours of watching someone rip and print different styles of of jobs (decsls, posters, signs, window graphics) they will adapt quickly.

? Ink pen by a left handed person?
I've been looking for something for two years now. 48 or 54" wide PAPER NOT VINYL with adhesive back, 100 ' roll, solvent ink receptive.
I now send all jobs to Hold. After sending a few jobs to hold I will go to production Manager and move jobs one at a time to rip, after all have ripped I then move jobs to print one at a time.
This method has helped alot.
My Roland XR640 did the same thing last week, spent an hour troubleshooting and deleating old print files, ended up shutting EVERYTHING DOWN for a few minutes then restarting.
Everything is back up and printing.
This past year I printed 50 rolls of .20 magnet on a Roland VG3 with no problems. I switched to a .30 magnet and it won't feed because the grit rollers are steel and the .30 has a greater hold strength, I now have to print mags on my Roland XR640 where the grit rollers are stainless.
I fixed one on a Seiko W64.
Glued it with super glue, then after it set up I got real sloppy with the super glue on both sides of the repair and put baking powder on the wet glue.
Lasted three years before upgrading that machine.
Think it cost me $3.50
There are two eyes about three inches from the right side of where the platen begins, one in back of the pinch rollers and one in front.
1/4" square cutouts
