We did some banners a while back, grey background with black and blue letters. After the banner printed the first foot or whatever of just grey background, the first bit of the passes for the blue would be missing color. A lot like what Colorado is probably saying.
For us though it was just...
Haven't had that kind of issue here. Been one thing I have liked over the JV3, it just always prints.
How old is your printer? How much mileage is on it?
5000sf here right now and we are out of space. Getting prices on putting up a 40'x40' building to do sign construction/metalworking in and to have a place we can work on vehicles up to semi trucks out of the weather. Plans are to expand it to 80'x40' eventually.

Exactly the same feelings here. We didn't get burned too bad with the bad vinyl issue but it was enough that we don't use them anymore.
Know that 3M is doing the wrap thing now, but a few years back Avery was selling products designed so that you "didn't have to go to that expensive sign...
You don't have to worry about PCI stuff with PayPal Here and probably the other similar CC systems. That's one of the reasons that we dropped our previous processor.
You can key the number in manually at a slightly higher rate + fee(3.5%+$.15) or they can pay through their paypal account(2.7%).
Canada is the same rate for those who it effects.
