  4. Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology................................................................................

  14. How to Approach Window Film Installation

Scaffold Planks between ladders or some type of support. On the concrete on the right and you’ll probably have to move some rocks on the left side

Wrap the whole door. But that means removing the lettering that was just installed
  16. Hard Substrate for outside image

There are different qualities of MDO. Big box versions are not the same as a quality panel from a sign supplier
  17. Hard Substrate for outside image

A cast laminated print on aluminum composite panel would be the obvious choice. But the print will fade after 5 years or so depending on exposure.
  18. How Should I Apply?

Then mounting tape sounds like the best option. Though I'd try to convince them to go with vinyl
  19. How Should I Apply?

Depending on size they could just be hung in the window with suction cup hooks. Or if heavier fron hooks in the frame. You may want something a little thicker though. If they're not up for a long time some banner tape on the top and in the corners would hold them
  20. Substrate

I have done some of that with acrylic but decorated it afterwards. Don't know how it could be done if it's already printed without wrecking the image. Hydo dipping would work
