How would it do with the some of the crappy jpg screenshots or photo of a business card that clients send. Sometimes you have to deduce what it is and make it up.
10mm coroplastic is fine for a sign like that as long as it’s properly fastened. Or for just a bit more an econo acm.
I hate banners on 4x4 posts because they never get put up well and don’t stay taut.
I didn’t say it was the same as cast, but it weeds great for reflective. Just a little caution in the corners were it could tear.
We use a lot of reflective for fire trucks
Ha! Zombie thread, I love it. But I actually had to do a sign to this type of spec since this was first brought up.
This was the sample we made. It's a Tide Marker for a commercial dock, bolted to a piling.
We reverse lettered on lexan backed with white, then the lexan was backed with 1" thick...
They were absorbed by a junior college and then disappeared. They had a two year sign programs and a 2 year illustration program. It was in an old brownstone near the Public Gardens. One floor for each year

Done with poster paints on card stock
With velcro the letters can be rernoved, the lock stays on the wall, gets painted around and letters reinstalled.
The tab on the wall still sticks like vhb but usually can be removed with less damaged than a letter installed with vhb that's pried off the wall
