    Did you try Glantz or Garston? Since this is a cheap customer you should have just applied new print over the old faces. Unless they are backlit.

    There is a Gerber Dry Erase vinyl but it is a PITA to print on. Better to print on regular vinyl and apply dry erase laminate

    I do it like J Burton described. Line it up, tape in place. Apply 2-3 feet. Roll it up start working the otehr way pulling liner off as you go, slicing it off when it gets unwieldy.

    Agree on the yellow pine, I would use cedar at a minimum, or mahogany. If they insist on a transparent grey stain I would stain the whole thing then apply a good sealer Then I'd use white one shot enamel on the letters. .
