I print about 80 to 100 short and long run sticker jobs daily and have to deleat my cache files every two days, If I don't it slows the flexi program down enormously and starts to act up.
I deleat all print and cut jobs after I cut the jobs the next day.
I print 30" rolls of magnet material on my Roland XR-640 then cut it down on my Graftec FC-2250.
In the past month I have printed and cut 17 - 50' rolls of magnet material with no problems.

Depends on the thickness of your vinyl, are you cutting on the strip or in the channel.
I channel cut everything and use 6 mill vinyl on decals and 3 mill vinyl on premasked decals.
Take the file to Office Depo, get ten sheets of ten up on C1S Coated Cover stock, that will give you 100 cards to hold them over same day so you have time to get their final job done.
I do this three times a week for clients who forget to order until last minute.
If you disable the switch put in a small togel switch, so when you have a media jam or anything else and it instructs you to open cover you can flip the switch off.
I always leave my blade in the front position, (channel cut) I have never cut on the cutting strip.. No matter what I'm cutting. Kiss cut, Perf cut or straight thru cut.

Once your cutting pressures are set to the job you can not change them in midstream.
